At EntrePAWNeur Chess Club, every product is made especially for you. We partner with trusted print-on-demand fulfillment providers to produce each item only after an order is placed. This allows us to deliver premium-quality products while reducing waste and avoiding unnecessary inventory.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, it enters our production process where your selected design is professionally printed and prepared for shipment.
- Processing Time: 2–5 Business Days
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- During peak seasons, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on:
- Shipping destination
- Product type
- Order quantity
- Selected shipping method
The total shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
