Before You Order
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the United States. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
What printing method do you use?
We use premium Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing to produce vibrant, long-lasting designs with exceptional detail. Select products may also use embroidery or other decoration methods where specified.
How should I wash my shirt?
For the best results and longest print life:
- Turn the garment inside out before washing.
- Machine wash cold with similar colors.
- Use mild detergent.
- Tumble dry low or hang dry.
- Do not bleach, dry clean, or iron directly on the printed design.
Can I exchange sizes?
Yes. If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Customized or personalized products cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
